I was first introduced to David and KIFF in 2021, at the beginning of the inaugural festival. Since then, my career has grown and developed in many ways. I’m grateful to have attended and been part of the festival each year, connecting with fellow filmmakers, absorbing the incredible shorts, and learning the ins and outs of the industry.

Through KIFF, I secured my first credit on a BFI-funded short film. That opportunity opened the door to further collaborations, allowing me to network with production teams to fund and create multiple music videos and short films. This experience eventually led to a full-time, in-house role at a production company in central Soho, where I worked for over a year. I have since become freelance, working in HETV and recently wrapping my first Netflix show.

KIFF has been truly fundamental in helping my career grow and gather momentum into what it is today. I will always be honoured and proud to be associated with this festival.
