We are thrilled to be partnering with a local Kingston organisation that really focuses on the importance of mental health especially in young people. Create4mental health offers many ways to get involved within their community, sharing positive messages and important resources, as well as ways to get involved creating videos and films for their website and YouTube.
Create4mental health is a Kingston based mental health charity established in 2020. Our goal is simple. To empathise, engage, create & share messages of hope and encouragement to improve the mental health of young people. Sharing our positive mental health content on social media to reach audiences everywhere.
We all know what it’s like … feeling alone and worried, endlessly scrolling through our own social media. Hoping there is someone out there who cares.
We film cine style content with high production values to create the biggest impact we can. A positive message, filmed sympathetically to engage and support young people. Showing our audience, we understand the struggles and offer simple effective advice that can really help.
We share info on all the free help available in UK from mental health charities and other support organizations. Giving young people choice in how they want to reach out.
We hope to encourage and inspire young people to feel empowered to talk about their own struggles with friends and family.
